Looks like this is your special day Lawrence.  Hope it's a great one and that you have
many more.  A wise lady once said when asked as she turned 100, what her secret was for
living so long--"Keep having birthdays."

Thanks, everyone!  All four of our grandchildren were here for the day, not just because it was my birthday, but because we were babysitting as usual.  Our #2 granddaughter shares the same birthdate as mine and she turned six, so there was a small party just for her.  The bigger celebration will be held on Saturday when we will celebrate all four of the August birthdays.  Mine, the six-year-old, the baby who will be 1 tomorrow and my daughter whose day is on the 18th.  The day ended with my son and daughter-in-law taking me out to dinner at a local Mexican restaurant.

What with all the birthday wishes from my Forum friends, friends on FB and having my family around made for a great day.

Thanks again!

And Bull, I never thought of myself as "the Paul Harvey of the Forum."  But I am highly appreciative of the comparison and humbled to be likened to such a great man.  He was one of my favorite people.

Thanks.
