I saw a taxi from Salina in Howard on friday being the nosey person I am whent around the block ask lady if she was lost, she was in town to take local lady to the doctor.I said we have vans that do that, was told her health care co.has a contract  to haul all over the state . Must some of BROWNBACKS friends WOW.
