The Senate is set to vote on a bill today that would define the whole of the United States as a "battlefield" and allow the U.S. Military to arrest American citizens in their own back yard without charge or trial.

Under the 'worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial' provision of S.1867, the National Defense Authorization Act bill, which is set to be up for a vote on the Senate floor this week, the legislation will "basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield," said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), who supports the bill.

Insanity, pure insanity.  Somebody needs to 'detain without charge or trial' Sen. Lindsey Grahamnasty (R-S.C.) and his fellow fascists and treat them to some good old fashioned hickory stick education.  On what planet does this schmuck live?

That could sure help an incumbent president come campaign time.  Just lock up the opposition to silence them.  The reason? Don't need one... just too much 'negativity' and not enough 'positive conversation' might be the cause.  Would that make the president the Grand Facilitator?  Sound familiar?

This should give you a good idea what the abandoned military bases are going to be used for.
Giving this president that power will be a disaster if passed. He has been looking for a reason to declare a national emergency, and martial law. Read elections suspended............ Maybe.   I don't buy that is just for the war on terror .
It is bad enough that the feds murdered so many children at Waco and murdered Randy Weavers wife at Ruby Ridge. Now we have to worry about our own military here at home. Jeeeez I hope that there are lots of Oathkeepers out there in the military brass.
No more posse comitatus??
