Keystone XL Tar Sands Pipe Line

There is no comparison between Trans-Canada, Keystone XL pipeline and Colonial. Colonial is strictly a refined products line, TRans Canada will carry some pretty nasty raw crude.
My neighbor is head of safety for Trans-Canada, he is an XPhillips Pipeline Safety Manager. We have had some discussions over TransCanada, none of which I would repeat here.

Yes ,they told us it would carry heating oil, gasoline and others. I remember the rep. explaining about the pigs and the fact that they could clean the pipe so well between batches that they could send chocolate up through it. I hoped he was kidding but it was a fun story.
