It was probably a genetic defect caused by some strange crossbreeding program involving sowsialist & cowmunist heritage resulting in a pig that moo'd. Ultimately producing a lot of bull as well.

Couldn't say as the detailed studies are being withheld by the Obummer administration. But having seen the critter, it looks more like a brain addled dodo bird than a 4 legged mammalian.
