Here is a big THANK YOU to all of the great dads on the Forum...Your example is an important one in this day and age...And the dads that I know on here have raised fantastic kiddos (I loved teaching them!!) !!

There are still some good dad's.  My granddaughter and her husband took their three on a fishing outing yesterday.  Just the five of them.  Had caught some good fish when the great grandson spotted a tornado coming over the hill.  They left some of the fish in their hurry to get loaded up and out of the way.  They did get a good phone photo of the tornado.

I have to say that I am proud of this grandson-in-law.  He takes the role of father seriously and sees to it that his children get what they need from him as well as from their mother.
