Tall grass in Elk County?

Is there tall grass in Elk County.  By tall grass, I mean the tall grass that the govenor is trying to protect by extending the no new wind farm projects area to include all of Elk County.  If we have no tall grass, why should we be included?

looks like it apparantly does have tall grass.  It sits in the middle of the preserve.   It also looks as if there will be no expansion of the windfarms.
Thats going to put the nail in the coffin on those projects.
