Howard Courant
October 9, 1930

Mr. Frank H. Adrian and Miss Margaret Morgan, both of Howard, were married at the home of the brides parents, Saturday, October 4, 1930, at 11 a.m.  Rev. J. W. Bayles of the Baptist Church officiating, the guests being the immediate relatives of the young couple.  Following the ceremony a two course dinner was served.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Morgan of Howard, has lived in this city al her life, is a graduate of Howard H. S. and is a popular young woman of highest character.  The groom is a splendid young man, for the past three years linotype operator for The Citizen and The Courant, and highly regarded by all who know him.

After the wedding, the happy pair started on a motor trip of a week to western Kansas.  On their return they will go to house-keeping in the west part of town.

Their hosts of friends join The Courant of wishing Frank and Margaret a long, happy and useful life together.

H-h-m-m-m, this must be a different line of Morgan's.  I've never heard of them before, as they're not in Don's family tree.

Did you also see that they did not name the groom's parents????

Some items are like that, and it makes it rather disappointing for the researcher.  Also, in most older obits, they hardly ever tell the name of the deceased parents, whereas the more recent one usually do.
