Mr. George Travis and Miss Margie Thompson, and Mr. Chester Travis and Miss Bernice Bendure were united in marriage at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, in the office of Judge Shaff in Howard.

The two young men are the oldest sons of J. J. Travis of Union Center township.

Mrs. George Travis is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Thompson of south of Eureka.

Mrs. Chester Travis is the only daughter of A. E. Bendure of Piedmont.

Mr. and Mrs. george Travis will make their home here for the present. Mr. and Mrs. Chester Travis left for their home at Damsite, Missouri, where Mr. Travis is employed by the Stone & Webster Construction Co., on the huge Bagnall dam.
