Tucker-Beu

At the Methodist parsonage in this city, on Sunday, May 7, at 12:15 p.m., Edwin G. Beu of Moline and Sarah Pearl Tucker of Howard were united in marriage, the Rev. J. R. Creamer officiating.  Theywere accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Schult of Moline.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Beu of Moline and is a fine young man whose industry and business integrity has made a place for his work in the employ of Dresser & Woodman Hardware store of Moline.

The bride is the daughter of Mrs. W. C. Tucker who lives about five miles west of Howard.  She formerly lived at Moline and was bookkeeper and stenographer for Tilton & Tilton.  Her womanly graces and charming manner befits her place as a homemaker.

They went to Wichita on the Sunday evening train for a few days, and will be at home to their friends in Moline after May 15th--Howard Citizen.

Mr. and Mrs. Beu are both graduates of the Moline High School and are very popular among the younger set.  They have gone to housekeeping in Mrs. Tucker's property on East Fifth street.  The Advance joins their many friends in wishing them a long, prosperous and happy married life.
