Pineapple Salad

1 lg. can crushed pinepapple, undrained  (20 oz)
sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese (fat-free)
1 c. finely cut celery
1 c. chopped pecans
pinch of salt
1  1/2 c. cool whip


Heat pineapple to boiling.  Dissolve gelatin in pineapple;  cool.  Mash cream cheese.  Stir into gelatin mixture.  Add celery, salt, and nuts.  Fold in cool whip, and chill for 1 day before serving.

Comment:  This is de-e-licious!!  Just thinking about it, makes me smack my lips! :laugh: :laugh:
