  Inez Marie Biddinger, 92, a longtime resident of Howard, died Monday at the Elk Manor Nursing Home in Moline.
  Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Howard United Methodist Church with Dr. Paul Lee and the Rev. Gary Parsons officiating.  Interment will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery in Howard.
  Friends may visit at Zimmerman Funeral Home of Howard from noon until 9 p.m. Thursday.
  Memorials are suggested to Howard United Methodist Church and contributions may be left with the funeral home.
  Mrs. Biddinger was born Oct. 25, 1913 at Fredonia, to George W. and Emma D. (Sutton) Noakes.  She graduated from Howard High School in 1934.  After high school, she passed the Elk County teacher's exam and completed several education courses from the Elk County Extension Council.
  She taught 39 years at elementary grade schools in Elk and Greenwood counties.  In May 1966, she earned a bachelor's degree in education from Kansas State Teacher's College at Emporia.  She taught second grade in Eureka during the last eight years of her career and retired from teaching in 1979.
  She married Charles Biddinger on April 21, 1936 at Howard.  Mr. Biddinger died in 1974.
  She was a member of the Howard United Methodist Church and was active in Sunday School and other church organizations.
  Mrs. Biddinger is survived by a son, Gary Biddinger, Howard.
