Judge Benson returned the first of last week and held court for several days.  The following cases were disposed of:

Lulu V. Wright was granted a divorce from Joseph Wright, January 19th.

Rosa Vestal was granted a divorce from Roy Vestal on January 19th, also a division of all the property was made.

(There were a couple of other cases given, but they do not pertain to genealogy.)
