Ronnie Dean Phillips, son of Roger and Velda Winn Phillips, was born at 3:30 p.m., January 27, 1956, at the hospital in Eureka, Kansas and died at 12:30 a.m., Saturday, January 28th.

In his immediate family he is survived  by his mother and father and three brothers, Roger, Randy, and Ricky.  He is also survived by his maternal and paternal grandparents of this city, many aunts, uncles  and other relatives.

Graveside services were held at Grace Lawn cemetery at Howard at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, conducted by the Rev. P. B. Mitchell, pastor of the United Methodist Church.

Now, that is so interesting.  I had no idea that Velda Winn Parker had a fourth son.  I went to school with Rick, the youngest and the only one still living.  He lives in Pennsylvania.
