Marjorie J. Hannaford passed away April 6, 2009 in Meridian, Idaho at 87 years of age due to complications following a stroke.  Born in La Cygne, Kansas on November 26, 1921, she is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edna Kimzey, and by her husband, Harold R. Hannaford of Wichita, Kansas.

She is survived by her two sons Alan and Jenny Hannaford of Black Diamond, Washington, and Paul and Alice Hannaford of Meridian, Idaho; four granddaughters and three great-granddaughters, Kate Eric, and El Wolfe of Olathe, Kansas, Kari, Sam, Avery, and Riley Hough of Vernonia, Oregon, Summer and Jim Burt of Lopez, Washington, and Erin Hannaford of Lopez, Washington.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Howard, Kansas under the direction of Zimmerman Funeral Home.
