Nellie Beatrice "Bea" Harrison, age 69, passed away Monday, October 6, 2008 at her residence in Bonham, Texas.  She was born on September 2, 1939 in Caney, Kansas, the daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy (Corle) Hey.

Mrs. Harrison was married to Joe Wayne Harrison on July 24, 1967 in Miami, Oklahoma.  She was a Correction Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Mrs. Harrson is survived by her husband, Joe Harrison of Bonham, Texas; four sons, Roger Stoops of San Antonio, Texas, John Thomas Harrison of McKinney, Texas, Brian David Harrison of Grand Prairie, Texas, and Mark Daniel Harrison of McKinney, Texas; three daughters, Sheila Yvonne Long of Rockwall, Texas, Sandra Denise Madrigal of Pottsboro, Texas, and Sonja Evette Wimberley of Anton, Texas; and ten grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2008 at Zimmerman Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas.  Visitation will be from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 9. 2008.  Online condolences may be left for the family at www.countrysidefh.com.  Arrangements are under the direction of Zimmeman Funeral Home, Howard, Kansas.
