Glena J. Patry, 56, a resident of Fall River, Kansas, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at the Specialty Hospital in Wichita, Kansas.  She was born January 22, 1952 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Glen and Betty (Yates) Wood.  She was a graduate of Cheney High School. She worked many years with her father in the roofing business and most currently worked for Five J's Maintenance.

Glena is survived by her children, Eric Hughes of Elk Falls, Kansas, Stephanie Meyer of Plainville, Kansas, and Warren Glen Patry of Fall River, Kansas; her siblings, Danny Wood of Severy, Kansas, Beverly Ehrenberger of Wichita, Kansas, Donna Neth of Wichita, Kansas, David Wood of Fall River, Kansas, Derek Wood of Fredonia, Kansas; longtime companion, John Schouten of Fall River, Kansas; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Patrick Hughes.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 12, 2008 at the Fall River Christian Church with Rev. Rocky Shmied of the Heartland Hospice officiating.  Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Timmons Funeral Home in Fredonia, Kanss on Sunday, May 11, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
