Is there any business in the Howard/Severy area that carries rental movies?

In Howard, there is J&L.  They have some DVD's out at P&J's and a larger selection at their store on North Wabash, just north of the Cox building.  They do seem to keep very current.

I don't know about in Severy nor in Moline.
