Butterscotch Carrots

Two cups cooked carrots
4 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of ground cinnamon

While carrots are cooking, prepare butterscotch sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, stir in flour until smooth. Slowly add orange juice, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cook and stir until thickened. Drain cooked carrots and add to sauce and gently toss to coat evenly.

(Just typing this recipe made me hungry for them! LOL)
