Mr. Ray J. Stark and Miss Mary Electa Webster were married at Fredonia, Kansas, Last Wednesday, August 2, 1933.  The ceremony was performed by Probate Judge D. J. Sheedy.
Immendiately following the ceremony the young couple left for Independence, and Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to visit relatives of Mr. Stark's.  From there they continued their honeymoon trip to parts unannounced.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Webster of east of Howard.  She is a charming young lady, and while not so well acqainted in this community, those who have gained her acquaintance speak very highly of her.  She graduated from the Howard high school with the class of '33.
The groom is the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Stark, living south of Severy.  He grew to manhood in this community, and graduated with the class of '32 of the Severy high school, since leaving school he has worked with his father on the farm.  He is an industrious young man, and has always been ready to do his part in community affairs.  He has been a member of the Severy band for the past three years.
Mr. and Mrs. Stark have not definitely decided on their future plans.
The Severyite joins this couple's many friends extending best wishes.  -- Severyite
