Social Security raise????

I got my notice about the raise in the social security I will be receiving next year.  It comes to $31.00.  Previously I had been notified that my medical insurance is being raised by $26.25, prescription insurance has gone up $6.70 and the Part B medical of Social Security is raised $2.90 for a total of $35.90 for health insurance premiums each month next year.  What's wrong with this picture?  Where's my raise?

got my notice today also.  It's called a "cost of lliving" raise.  Costs more to live than what you have, I guess.
