Deborah Lucille Todd, age 65, of Augusta, Kansas, passed away on November 6, 2021.  She was born on March 1, 1956 to Merven Eugene and Edith Lucille Shipman in Winfield, Kansas.

Debbie grew up in Howard, Kansas and attended the Howard Schools with the Class of 1974.  She eventually made her way to El Dorado, Kanss where she raised her two children, Chris and Polly.  She was the rock of her family, not only holding the title of Mom but of Grandma, as well.  She was devoted to attending her family's events, whether it was a concert or a ballgame.  If she could not make it in person, she was watching the live stream without a doubt.  Her organizational skills allowed her to carefully keep the books for her husband Robert's roofing business for close to 50 years.  When she wasn't devoting her time to her family, she also enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and watching the red birds.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Robert Todd; her children, Chris (Susan) Shipman and Polly (Brian) Funk;  her grandchildren, Lexi, Leah, Kate, Aimee, and Abbigail; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Dale Shipman, Dallas Shipman, and Delores Hallman.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Countryside Funeral Home in Howard, Kansas at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Grace Lawn Cemetery in Howard.  Services have been entrusted to Countryside Funeral Home, 206 E. Washington, Howard, Kansas 67349.
