It's marshal law, of course. Will it only be in mega-cities? Will it cause shortages of food and clothing? Will it cause rationing of fuels and utilities? How will it affect rural areas? Twelve years . . . . not that far off. Can any political action prevent it?
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people; it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.
