Robert Winfred "Bob" Smith, age 94, of Derby, Kansas and a retired Boeing Company employee, passed away Sunday, April 20, 2014.

Survivors include his son, Kelly (Shirley) of Rose Hill, Kansas; his daughter, Jill Thomassian (Arlen) of Los Angeles, California; grandchildren, Ben and Kyle Smith and Troy and Athena Thomassian; great-grandchild, Sawyer Montoya; nephew, Mark Smith (Rose) of Derby, Kansas; and nieces, Patricia Weaver (Jim) of Maricopa, Arizona and Cindy Smith of Wichita, Kansas.  Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie; his son, Troy; his brother, Bill; and sisters, Violet Apel and Betty Watson.

Graveside service will be held Monday, April 28, 2014 at 1;00 p.m. at the Moline Cemetery in Moline, Kanss.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Kansas 67219.  View tributes at smithfamilymortuaries.com.
