Birthday Party (VanBuskirk)

The children of Mr. and Mrs. John VanBuskirk gave them a party last Sunday, honoring the birthday of Mrs. Van Buskirk. All of several brothers were present but one, and all of her own fifteen or sixteen children were there but one.  It was an all day party, and a bounteous dinner, prepared and spread by daughter and in-laws was enjoyed by 62 guests and members of the family.  The younger folks and little children had a great time playing all sorts of games, while the elders enjoyed "the visiting.:   Following were the guests, all except three being relatives of the honoree:

A. Miller and son Roy, Orval Thompson; Mrs. Vertis Coffman and children Ulis Gean and Patricia Ann of Moline, Mrs. Nannie Griffith, Mrs. Eunice Townsley and daughter Dorthy, Mrs. Nellie Babb and sons Billy and Bobby, Jack BanBuskirk and daughter Virginia, Cecil Cass and B.
