Horse Soccer

Hows many of you folks take the Independence Reporter seen the article in Sunday's paper (Dec. 31, 2006) about horse soccer?  It's being played in the northeastern part of the state.  I think that would be something interesting to see.  I got to thinking about it, although I do not know what all it would entail, but wouldn't that be an excellent fundraiser if Elk County had something like that?  Not only would it be a fundraiser, but should attract people to the Elk County area (tourism, etc), and bring in some extra revenues.  But then again.......maybe I'm ALL WET!

What do you folks think of those ideas?

It's hard to get people interested in any soccer here I think. That is one thing  I really miss about Wichita. That and garage sales on every corner.

I saw the horse soccer article and thought it was great, if you like riding horses.
