Is there one near Howard? I know the church in Moline that burnt down had one.....

That church still has the food bank. All you have to do is ask any minister in any Elk county Church. The food bank is taken care of by the Ministers Alliance.

The food bank is indeed still in operation, and serves the entirey of Elk County through the ministerial alliance. For questions call Glen Ridgeway at 647- 3227, or Betty Roman. These two volunteers care for the food bank with Glen being in charge. Hope this helps!
