Local leadership follows a pattern... who's pattern?

1.  Obama now creates a new flag in his own image.

2.  Obama is the beloved head of the Democrat party in America.

3.  There are at least 2.5 (the .5 is one who can't decide) members of Obama's party (Democrats) in office in Elk County.

4.  Leopards don't change their spots... even local leopards.

5.  If nothing changes, nothing changes.

6.  November elections are coming.
