Dalton Lee Full, age 8, of Independence, Kansas, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at his aunt's home in Pittsburg, Kansas.  Dalton was born August 19, 2002 in Independence, Kansas, the son of Benjamin J. Full and Jennifer L. (Kimberlin) Full.

He had lived in Independence for 6 years; then in Killeen, Texas for 3 years; and then returned to Independence in February of 2011.  Dalton was in the 2nd grade at Eisenhower Elementary School and enjoyed playing soccer.

Dalton is survived by his mother, Jennifer L. Full of Independence, Kansas; his father, Benjamin J.l Full and Stephanie of Fort Hood, Texas; a brother, Marshall C. Full of Independence, Kansas; his grandparents, Bruce Kimberlin of Elk City, Kansas, Patricia Kimberlin of Independence, Kansas, Robert Full of Moline, Kansas, and Catherine Latta of Wichita, Kansas; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Dalton will lie in state at the funeral home on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m., and the family will be receiving friends at that time.  Graveside services will be Friday, April 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Elk City, Kansas with the Reverend Jim Wilburn officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
