Keith L. Moore, 68, of Beaumont, Kansas, died Saturday, January 15, 2011 at his home.  He was born November 14, 1942 in Eureka, Kansas, the son of Marion and Augusta (Becker) Moore.

He graduated from Piedmont High School.  He was a rancher all his life. Keith loved to garden, and be with his horses and cattle.  He took his children fishing when they were small.

Survivors include his daughter, Heather Moore of Ft. Worth Texas; his son, Heath Moore of Burden, Kansas; his sisters, Joann (Don) Chapman of Little Rock, Arkansas and Karen (Ed) Beckerman of Garden City, Kansas;  his brothers, Sonny of El Dorado, Kansas and Dwight (Peggy) of Douglass, Kansas; and a grandson, Aaron Moore.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Carlson Funeral Home, 200 S. Star Street, El Dorado, Kansas 67042.  Visitation with family present will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, January 21, 2011 at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established with the American Lung Association.
