Sausage Casserole

1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lg. onion
4 stalks celery
9 cups water
1 tsp. red pepper
2 cups Minute Rice
3 pkgs dry Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup (with chicken bits)
1 lg. jar diced pimentos
1 pkg slivered almonds

Brown and drain sausages, onion and celery.   Bring water to a boil and add red pepper, Minute Rice and dry soup.  Boil 15 minutes. Combine all of the above and add pimentos and almonds. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  This can be frozen.
