I do think it possible that the Saudis could manipulate the American political system with money and influence.  It does seem reasonable in that Obama has become wealthy and powerful with out any real means to do so.

Half of the huge population is below the average. That means that there are many people with IQs in the 70s and 80s.  It is just a fact.

Many of the elderly experience cognitive decline, and others have brain function problems that prevent reasoning and good judgement.

So there are many people who do not understand the complexities that others do.

Also when it comes to politics, many who have a lot of brain power do not agree what the truth is about complex topics.

A fly flew into his coffee.  It made him angry and he decided to take a trip to a far away country to soothe himself.  When he got there, he found the country at war. And being the humanitarian that he is, he decided the USA should send even more money and personnel as long as it was someone else's money and someone else's children.

Yes Roma it did taste good.  Teresa was right, it was a mess getting it out of the bag and wasteful as well.  The cardboard tray scorched in the oven and I think it was dangerous as it might have caught fire in the oven.  So I will just make my own the old fashioned way.  I hope a few of the young cooks will keep to the old scratch cooking in heavy iron pans!

I treasure the recipes passed on to me by my grandmothers on both sides.  On my father's side they had a thing called graham cracker pudding which was crushed graham crackers mixed with real whipped cream.  My Dad thought it was wonderful.

I recently bought a cornbread mix that had a front lable of Easy Bake.  I was amazed that it contained a plastic bag to mix the egg, milk and dry mix.  After squeezing the bag, the contents were to be poured into a paper container that came in the box and then baked.  The idea of it was that the cook did not have to wash anything.   Wonder if this fits the green mentality?

Larry, I remember a Sedan, Kansas washeteria owned by the Burdette family.  My grandmother and I used it in the 1950's.  The washeteria had old fashioned washers, wringers and rinse tubs with bluing.  After using it we took the wet laundry home to dry outside.

Both are tragedies.
