Hi folks, :)
I`d like to say, thank you kindly for the welcome.

About the recent storms in the UK ,some places had it pretty bad,but here in
Nottingham,we were lucky we hardly noticed it. I think it had blown its self out, before
reaching us, here in the midlands.

Here are just a few of the Hebb decendents I have in my lists.
The Hebb families and their blood kin are spread across many different places in
Kansas, such as ,Winfield, Wichita , Topeka, Wellington , Chautauqua, Moline,
Emporia, Eureka, etc. Plus many more out of state places.
Here are a few of the name changes by marriages ( but still Hebb decendents.)
Estep, Reddick, Boone, Armstrong , Davidson, Knight, etc.

Below are the children of Joseph E Hebb ,and his wife Lilian Townsend.
I believe they were both born in Canton, Fulton , illinois...
I presumed they moved to Howard, Elk County ,as all their children listed below,
were born, and also married, in Howard..

George Edwin.. Hebb, to Martha Alma........Wells,........Dec 24 1906.
John Joseph.... Hebb, to Pearl May............Wells,........Nov 01 1910.
Orma Grace.....Hebb, to George Patterson.Wells,.........Feb 21 1912.
Louis Miles.......Hebb, to Katie leona..........Wells,.........Feb 29 1916.
Flora May........Hebb, to Ben A..................Hillis,.........Sep 11 1902.
Mary Belle.......Hebb, to Roy Perkins.........,.Hillis,..........Feb 14 1907.
Frank Orville....Hebb, to Ruby................... Kline, ........May 02 1923.
Pearl Inez........Hebb, to Frank Alson.........Schumard,...Jul 19 1903.

Corr, dont I go on.   ::)

Hi there Wilma, :)
I just discovered this site today, whilst surfing for information on my US cousins.
My 3xgreat/grandfather apparently sent his second family across the pond from England to settle there,
in the 1860s...just in time for the civil war i think :D .
It seems a few of them settled in ,and around Elk County...
I myself live in Nottingham central UK.
My 3x g/grandfather was Samuel Hebb born 1785 in Plungar,Leicestershire, England.
Plungar is only a few miles from where I live.
Oooops....gotta go ,So sorry .
going to do a bit of night shopping...........so I`ve just been told  ::)  its half past six evening time here.

Catch you on the flip flop ,

Al ( Budgie )
