Patriot, you are digging the hole. I have always been honest on why I am here. Many people care that I am here. A good shrink would help you get that conspiracy theory tinfoil hat off your head and back to reality. Besides who would you, Ross, jarhead, and Bullwinkle respond to on the forum?

I know Kjell or Teresa did not give my information away. What I was saying was that the only way you could know what you claimed was if they did. Talk about your poker tells and all the other. I too play poker. Poker is a good analogy for what I am doing on here.  I like the fact that you know my tells it makes it easier for me to win in the end. Still disappointed that my private info was given out.Even though it was not completely accurate the California connection could only be determined by information given when I signed up. That sucks. Wrong very wrong.

Wow, that is impressive. Can't we sell those off to aviation buffs in the US and rig the other ones to be sold elsewhere? Maybe the elsewhere ones are rigged in our favor. Otherwise, they would make good planes for airshows in the US.

Thanks, Patriot for giving me a start. Here is the problem. I live in a small county near a city. Often we have State officers patrolling and enforcing our laws. Maybe this is due to Mutual Aid agreements. I am still looking for some explanation on how the State Officers are not the top authority. Still no one has said anything regarding that the State LEO cannot enforce every law in the State. I know they contact each other and have mutual aid and that makes this a little murky. Still everything I have read says that the ultimate officer is a state officer and they can enforce all laws Fed to City. Still asking just waiting for an education.

The sheriff is the highest law enforcement authority in his or her county.  Not the state nor the federal outranks him inside his county.  Therefore, no matter the source of the city's authority, the sheriff still outranks the city inside the county.  As Janet said, though, the sheriff cannot enforce city ordinances without the permission of the city.

I can't find anything that says that the state law enforcement officials cannot enforce every law in the state, making them the top of the heap. I guess a better way to ask my question is what county law or city law a state law enforcement officer has no jurisdiction or legal authority to enforce. Very interesting topic, waiting for more education

 I don't know where you get all your info about me but you are mostly wrong on your assumptions. I do not live in California, although I do work there. The only way you could know If I have any connection to California is if the people that run the website provided that information to you. That sucks. That is not right that they provide you that information.

Lisa,  I can see why you say that. Unfortunately, the move to make that not the case was not supported. I have no problem doing as the Romans do. If it changes I will be the first to go back.
