Title: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WILMA
Post by: larryJ on March 01, 2010, 08:25:13 AM
Wilma, it looks like it is the big day for you.  Wow, such a milestone!!   I only wish I would reach that far in my own life.  I will get a little mushy here, but I am proud to call you my friend, if I can, and I am proud that we are related, at least by marriage.  I wish you the happiest birthday ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Birthday, Wilma, from the West Coast!  So, now you have birthday wishes "from sea to shining sea," since Diane was the one who posted the birthday wish just ahead of mine!

I hope your birthday is a really good one!  It's good to be "alive and well!"

Thank you, all you kind people.  Larry, I, too, am glad that we are related even if it is only by marriage.  And, Jo, thank you for telling everybody how old we are.  We might be considered old, but we are not elderly.  You and Bonnie seem to have the energy of 30 year olds.  Wish I could keep up with you.  Myrna, if you want an good example, look at your mother.  She has been an inspiration to me for years.   All the rest of you, thank you, thank you, thank you.  You are what keeps this forum going and interesting.

Yes, Wilma, I've learned a lot from my Mother.  She set an example of working hard if you want things, taught us how to cook, empathy, and many other things.  We've got to enjoy her for many years.  She will be 92 this summer and still lives on her own.
