I was able to be outside for about an hour this morning, with my flower beds. Every time that I can spend time with the iris and peonies around here, I have to "Bless Millie Martin". She is the lady that developed this yard and planted the many flowers that I am enjoying now. I am also thankful that she planted most of them along what I laughingly call sidewalks. At least when it is as wet as it is now, I can still roll over the cracks and breaks and humps, which is more than I can do over the wet ground. This way I can be close to the flowers and some of them are gorgeous. Bless you, Millie. I know how much work you did on this place and I wish you could have enjoyed it longer than you did.
Wilma, I think that you need a hovercraft! ;D ;D
Wilma, your yard is simply wonderful. Have the peonies bloomed yet? I will try to get by there this week and I will bring baby Eli so you can meet him.
Some of the peonies are blooming. Some are going to take longer. I have plans for Thursday, but you are welcome any other time.
