Welcome to our forum, arbuckle. I don't have a comment for this name as it is a good old northwest Elk County name, but I will tell you how my mother and another neighbor remembered it. They were having trouble remembering it until they started saying "our buckle". That says it all.

Welcome, arbuckle, no matter which one you are.
