Greetings and thanks for the warm welcome.  Unfortunatly, i am not Ann-margaret.  I live near San Francisco, California but i have a lot of family ties back to Elk County and i stumbled across this forum.

So, are you close to Myanmar?  Get to see any cool aircraft?  Or am I barking up the wrong coast?

heh, not quite close to Myanmar.  Sometimes i wish we had less aircraft flying overhead.  I'm about 20 miles from moffet field (a NASA reserach facility) and there are 3 major airports within a 30 mile radius.  Anmar is actually my name, i know it's a little strange, but it's not my fault!  blame my parents.

Don't worry about the strange names - we've got plenty of them around here.  :D

What are your ties to Elk County?

Post them here or in Genealogy and someone will find a connection.

Dale and I use to Square Dance with Carol and RG a few years back. We play cards with RG at Grenola on occasion. Can't place if I know your Mom or not. Welcome to the forum!

All I heard was Ann-Margret.

So, now that I'm awake, welcome to the forum, Anmar.

You'll find us to be smart, sometimes naughty and always entertaining.

Hey I just found this post. Welcome Anmar. I live very close to you since you live near Moffet Field. I saw that you said you live about 20 miles away. That means you live in the same city as I do or near Coyote Creek. Also, there is a Miramar near us. Are you new to the area? I would love to talk to you since my mom is also, from Elk County|Howard. Boy it is such a small world.
