Title: No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake

This is good:

NO-BAKE CHERRY CHEESECAKE

1 (11.1 ounces) no-bake cheesecake mix.
   Crust
1/3 cup butter, melted)   Combine the Cheesecake crust mix,
2 tablespoons sugar   )   butter & sugar.  Stir until crumbs are
Crust mix from box      moistened.  Press into bottom &
         sides of container.  Refrigerate.
   Filling
Filling mix from box
1 ½ cups cold milk
1     package (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
1     cup confectioners' sugar
2     cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)

In a mixing bowl, combine cheesecake filling mix with milk.  Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.  In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar.  Add to cheesecake mixture, beat well.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Spoon into chilled crust.    Refrigerate at least one hour, then top with-----------

   Topping
2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling.

This recipe can be extended to making two pies.

Me, too!  It's a "Cheery" Cheesecake!   :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
