Title: Dump Cobbler
Post by: Teresa on March 28, 2006, 10:18:44 PM
I am going to make one of these sometime this next week.. My family will be the judges.. so I'll let you know how it turns out.
It's like a cobbler..but different than I usually make..as it doesn't have the pie crust.....
Its got a crisp crust on the outside but down in the middle it gets real soft and soaks up the fruit juice so it ends up kind of like a dumpling.
A long long long time ago, this used to be called a Pan Dowdy..
