Title: Kansas Poem
Post by: Joanna on February 06, 2008, 07:37:19 AM
KANSAS POEM

It's winter in Kansas
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At twenty-five below.

Oh, how I love Kansas
when the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.

Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Kansas?
'Cause I'm frozen to the ground!!

I agree.......I would love to visit other places,
but, would want to be back in Kansas sooner or
later.........After all we love to talk about the weather
and it is going to change.........maybe an hour from now
and maybe a day or so.....BUT, IT IS FOR SURE GOING TO CHANGE!!

love it
