When meditating, the process involves a breathe in, breathe out routine.
Focus is often on controlling the breathing, balancing the speed, etc.
In the article, the talk then moves to blessings.
When we're in the dumps, not feeling good, we're to "count our blessings."
And we've all heard that's a good idea. And it is.
The next step, though, is often missed.
What blessings do we give?
List your blessings.
List your gifts.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Blessings received. Blessings given.
Balance.
