Thanks a bunch!  Your Grandfather Clark and my dad were real good coffee buddies and neighbors.  Opal was a big part of my growing up years !
   If you find anything else about  The Toggery , please share.  Now if I could just type!

There was no price on the slips so I did not know if that was a good deal or not. Actually I wouldn't know a good deal from a bad deal when it comes to slips.  :o

That reminds me how my Dad showed panties and half slips, he would hold them up and say,as he stretched out the elastic slowly, do you want small medium or large.  He thought it was funny but I'm not sure about his customers.

It looks to me like you know PLENTY about slips.  I even bet you have taken one or two of them off before.
