Howard Courant
May 5, 1927
J. W. Bauder tells The Courant man that he bought a hog of W. A. pickens, north of Grenola, which was delivered to him for shipment at Howard, the first of this week, which weighed 805 pounds, and was 26 months old.
Some pig, that.
Note: This was transcribed as printed in the paper. Personally, it sounds like a "windy" story.
I thought maybe this entry was about Alec Baldwin!!!
Yeah, but I thought his ex-wife was also really nasty for broadcasting that phone call. The daughter is probably mortified!!!
