The righteous "Woke" and their rent-a-thug "Social Justice Warriors" love to claim they are on "The Right Side of History." But Southerners know that history is not a linear march that will end in a rosy Utopia, but a cyclic March of Folly where rosy Utopian dreams end in totalitarian nightmares. Thus Southerners are and always have been Apostates in this Brave New World, where "all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins," as Kipling wrot.
