Title: Accident on 400...Multiple fatalities...

I was reading that there was an accident 3 miles outside of Severy, that there were multiple fatalities.  Someone was saying that it was Troy and Anne Bell, of Moline.  Is this accurate?

It has been confirmed that it was indeed Troy and Anne.  :'(  So sorry to hear this.
