READY I LOVE IT, YOU DESERVE A MEDAL AND THE PERSON WHO DID IT DESERVES A BIG FINE. ONE TIME YEARS AGO MY WIFE AND I CAME UP ON A WOMEN UNLOADING AN OLD COUCH, SHE PUSHED IT INTO THE DITCH AND TOOK OFF. I HAVE ALWAYS REGRETTED THAT I DID NOT GET HER LICENSE PLATE NUMBER AND TURN IT OVER TO THE ELK COUNTY SHERIFF.

I feel it is still important to call out those that disrespect the roads, and let you all know this might be a poor area, but we still have pride.
