It is not Wind Farm Money! That was Elk Kon nected's name for it in an attempt to control the spending of it.

It ceased being Wind Farm Money the moment it entered into the Elk County Financial Accounts and be comes Elk County Funds (money) in the Elk County coffers and the property of the taxpayers. And is supposed to be used for County Business if not returned to the taxpayers.

And to give away FREE MONEY as Socialists before all of Elk County debts are paid off is just plain foolishness to begin with  ?

Of course no one objected !

Remember how Howard tried to push responsibility of their swimming pool repairs off on the all the Citizens of Elk County, begging for donations from everyone implying everyone was responsible for the city's responsibilities? Remember that, HUH? When do elected officials accept responsibility for their actions or lack of actions? Responsibility is also a very big problem in the Federal Government, people have died needlessly, Billions of dollars have been lost and no one is responsible.

But thanks to Socialism Howard finally succeeded!

I beg your pardon, but YES indeed they did !

They were even engaged by Elk Kon nected to collect donations for them and to accept the donations through that organization that does a Social table setting design contest yearly. That was so they would be tax deductible donations.

They even put up a sign in downtown Howard that was scaled to show how much they had collected.

And it was in the local newspaper.

Ross does not acknowledge any difference between a request and "begging."

There was nothing there to object to.

The newspaper did not mention anything about a vote to approve the theft of the money from the County Coffers to approve Socialists giving away FREE MONEY, now did it ?

Before Kon nected Kounty Kommissioner Kaminska sends that letter it should be visualized by all County Commissioners and voted on for approval.  Simple protocol.

It appears Kon nected Kounty Kommissioner Kaminska simply made a statement and nothing else.

Above are just a few of the insults Diane has thrown at Elk Countians. Then she went ahead and called the people of Elk County "corn pones " Told us she could shoot us all and not face charges. The above statement about cleaning her .38 I take as a back door threat. Should Ross have called her a bitch ? Probably not but maybe she should quit acting like one. I am not sticking up for Ross because I get just as tired of him beating a dead horse all the time too but guess what ? Don't read it if you don't like what he says. Is that so hard to do ? I see once again a person that doesn't even live here has stated---again---he wishes Kjell and Teresa would shut the forum down. That's just great----a place a lot of us locals get our county information and "foreigners "want it shut down because one person gets under their skin . I am starting to think there are several who have no skin in the game whatsoever are just stirring the pot to try to get Teresa to close up shop. Sad !!!!!

I agree with jarhead and if some "foreigners" want the forum shut down, it's very easy for them to shut it down by not getting on it. Then, as far as they are concerned, it's shut down.

I also agree with Ross that the pilot money is county money and not city money, but the commission board is empowered to spend it how they see fit.  Those that disagree with their decision should contact their respective commissioner about it. You must realize that the commission will always have people who agree and disagree with their actions.

Sure the commission is empowered, however they are under the same Marxist thinking that took down the Soviets and the early Progressive Community in Chautauqua County.

Whether the  Elk Konnected NGO is still around or not, the Marxist ideology of EK certainly remains in Elk County and beyond. 

I'm thinking that Ross is on to ideology of the Obamites and Republicans.

I had put Ross on ignore some time ago, but he apparently decided he was so important that I couldn't possibly not read and hang on every word he wrote. He kept right on posting as if I was reading his posts when I wasn't...but some how I'm to blame? HA!
Not that it matters, but what is fair about that? I DID go away, and I started gettin PMs from people telling how rude he was being even though I had him on ignore and wasn't reading his posts. So that makes ME the problem? HA!

I sure was misled. The people who started the forum were nice, happy, fun loving people who did poke each other from time to time, always just in fun. Then the serious people showed up to bicker and show us all the error of our ways. I mean even this thread has caused bickering over a snip from a paper intending to share information. Is everything up for argument and disagreement?
So, I guess I'm supposed to go back to turning the other cheek again, no matter what attempt to make me feel bad is made. I can't even share some of the good things that I had and still have a part in...in Elk County.
No, I don't feel like a victim. I feel like someone who has to occasionally say "that's enough" and fight back. Perhaps some of you would like the forum to be closed, just for  current landowner residents who pay taxes. That would sure winnow down some more. Sounds pretty silly to me.
