Title: Old Pics of Various Towns In Elk County
Post by: genealogynut on December 12, 2006, 08:56:29 AM
I think it would be terrific if we could find several old pictures of the Grenola, Moline, Elk Falls and Longton towns to also post on this site, as we are now known as the Elk County Forum.

I have some pictures that Mother scanned for me and all I have to do is reduce them to fit on the forum.  Send a message to Teresa and she will walk you through getting those pictures posted.

This will give you an idea about how to put on  pictures that you find on the
computer.
Kjell already addressed this problem in this section.
When you downsize your pictures make sure that they are 600 wide ( in pixels)
Then save them someplace so you can find them..( I have a file that I call "forum pictures" and I put it in "my documents")
Then when you 'browse' they are easy to find.

If you have any problems ..just ask. I am here to help you if you need it. :)

See!  What did I tell you?  I said, "Teresa will walk you through it."  See, see, see.  She just did.
