This is so creamy it melts in your mouth. (http://www.cascity.com/howard/animations/tasty.gif)
1 container of ready made frosting (not whipped)
12oz pkg. baking chips
Method:
1. Put both in microwave safe dish and nuke for 1 minute on high. Stir and keep microwaving in 20 second intervals until well melted.
2. Pour into a 8 x 8 buttered dish and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
(I used vanilla frosting and peanut butter chips but the combinations are endless. You can also use nuts, I suppose about ½ to ¾ cup chopped.
(One lady used the pecan frosting for German chocolate cakes and vanilla chips.)
Some Ideas:
chocolate frosting - mint chips
chocolate frosting - chocolate chips
vanilla frosting - chocolate chips
chocolate frosting - raspberry chips
vanilla frosting - white chocolate chips (add chopped cherries (red & green for Christmas).
Oh yeah.. my mother wanted me to let you know that she sent me this recipe..
So now I have given credit where credit is due..
I tried this. So easy. No cooking, no beating and very, very smooth.
Is that the fudge I ate today? If it was, it was good.
Are you the one that ate most of the fudge. I noticed there wasn't much left in the dish. I am glad I put some of it back. Yes, that was the fudge. It is so easy, even you could make it.
Oh, My Mother, you must know me. I took three pieces home with me. That is all I had.
